Mr. Andrzej Kozlowski is the Project Manager for InterHealth Canada’s hospital in Żywiec, Poland, the first integrated healthcare Public Private Partnership (PPP) in Central Europe.
He is a Polish, British and Canadian national who is a qualified mechanical engineer.

This included managing large design teams in multiple locations, site based teams and day to day management and development of a 35 person strong multidisciplinary engineering office in Krakow, which he was instrumental in establishing.
Andrzej has experience in a wide range of healthcare and social infrastructure projects in roles as client site agent, project manager, and project director.
Andrzej has strong overseas experience in particular in: the Middle East, where he has performed several long term site appointments as a Resident Engineer / Client’s Representative on several healthcare and social infrastructure projects; and Canada, where he worked in the Design and Build division of a major engineering company in Alberta and British Columbia provinces and participated in the pre-tender stage of a major PPP project in Calgary.
